1 General Provisions

ph666 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "our") is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between you and ph666.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

To participate on ph666, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify your age at the time of registration or at any time.

If evidence is found that an account is being operated by a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned, however no winnings will be paid out.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Wagering requirements on any active bonus must be met before withdrawing.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In the case of any fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity, ph666 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and notify the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be completed after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount can be withdrawn after placing bets 15 times the bonus value. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each individual may benefit from each promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• ph666 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• VIP cashback is paid weekly according to level, from Bronze to Platinum.

6 Fair Play Rules

ph666 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• In the event of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• In the event of failure to provide requested information or documents.
• In the event of financial irregularities or chargeback claims.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before voluntary closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance, provided it meets the withdrawal conditions.
